Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Six months of cleaning experience in restaurant or housekeeping.
• Good verbal, written and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans, silverware, china, glassware and utensils.
• Clean, sanitize and maintain kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Remove trash and transport to laundry pickup or dumpsters.
• Sweep and mop floors; clean drains and walls.
• Support chefs and utility staff with banquet setup and restock.
• Ensure HACCP and health regulations are followed.
