Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Steward to maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and back-of-house environment. You will support Supervisors with daily assignments, ensuring sanitation, safety, and high service standards.

This role requires ability to lift up to 100 lbs, stand for long shifts, and follow health regulations. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with prior kitchen experience helpful. Hourly rate: $16.25.

Qualifications

• Back‑of‑house restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Neat and clean appearance.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas, equipment, and workstations.
• Clean and properly store pots, pans, China, glassware, silverware, and kitchen tools.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and as directed.
• Restock buffet lines with ice, China, flatware, and glassware as needed.
• Follow all Health Department, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Assist team members and follow direction from supervisors and leads.
• Provide clear and courteous assistance to guests during emergencies as instructed by management or security.
• Inspect work upon completion to ensure quality and avoid deficiencies.
