Morrissey Hospitality Inc. is seeking a hands-on team member to maintain clean and organized kitchen and outlet areas, oversee dish staff, and assist in catering setup at RiverCentre in Saint Paul. You will also handle receiving and inventory-related tasks to ensure timely operations.

Position requires night and weekend availability, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and proficiency with kitchen equipment. Join a dynamic team delivering exceptional guest experiences at a premier venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or catering environment preferred.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends.
• Physically able to move up to 50 pounds.
• Able to operate kitchen and dish-room tools and equipment.

Responsabilités

• Clean and organize kitchen and outlet work areas, storerooms, and equipment.
• Receive and verify food, beverage, liquor, beer, wine, and non-food supplies.
• Set up catering serving and clearing stations.
• Direct dish staff and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in dish room washing and breakdown stations.
