Job summary

The Saint Paul RiverCentre, operated by Morrissey Hospitality, is seeking a motivated operations assistant to support the daily activities of F&B departments including bars, banquets, catering, concessions, retail, and cash operations.

You will create and publish schedules, assist with team training, monitor services, and help manage labor costs to ensure smooth, high-energy service during events at this premier venue.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, high-energy food and beverage environment.
• Strong knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and food costing systems.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal laws related to food, safety, sanitation and alcohol service.
• Must be able to move up to 30 pounds and navigate the venue as required.

Responsibilities

• Creates and publishes schedules for all departments in Paycom and on paper.
• Prepares weekly call sheet and maintains bi-weekly calendar.
• Assists with large event check-ins and setup of check-in room.
• Monitors labor costs and assists in controlling expenses.
• Organizes Operations office and inventories uniforms, supplies, and badges.
• Assists with deliveries of liquor, beer, wine, food, dry goods, linens, and culinary uniforms.
