Job summary

Pearl River Resort is hiring a Stewarding Supervisor to ensure operations meet resort policies and maintain sanitation. You will lead Stewarding staff and uphold guest service standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 2 years of progressive culinary experience, and Serv-Safe certification (or completion within 30 days). This is an on-site position with a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Two (2) years of previous progressive experience in professional culinary operations is required.
• Serv-Safe certification is required or to be completed within thirty (30) days of employment at Pearl River Resort.

Responsibilities

• Enforce performance standards, policies and procedures for Stewarding operations and maintain sanitation.
• Inspect areas, equipment, pots, pans, and dishware for cleanliness per health standards.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and chemicals knowledge and stock.
• Supervise Stewarding associates on assigned shift.
• Ensure high guest service and associate relations standards are met.
