Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a Kitchen Steward to join the Inn at Perry Cabin on the Eastern Shore. You will prepare and wash dishes, maintain clean stations, assist in food preparation, and support the chef in daily culinary tasks within a luxury resort environment.

We require Food Handling and Sanitation certificates and enrollment in a culinary training program. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a collaborative team focused on service excellence.

Qualifications

• Food handling and sanitation certificates required.
• Currently enrolled in culinary training program.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed.
• Sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks.
• Maintains clean / dry floors throughout the shift.
• Properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
• Changes water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions per standards.
• Assists in the timely storing of food deliveries.
