Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Kitchen Steward for our Virginia Guesthouse. You will maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas and support culinary and food-service teams to deliver great guest service.

The role emphasizes a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability. You will engage with team members, follow sanitation procedures, and contribute to a safe, efficient kitchen environment while supporting Green initiatives and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is desirable.
• Engaging personality and good communication are important.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Interact with team members to create a positive work environment.
• Maintain sanitation log for dish machine and pot wash.
• Ensure work areas are clean and ready; communicate any items not ready.
• Lead green initiatives by recycling cardboard and supporting sustainability.
• Follow safety practices to prevent slips, trips, and falls in high-traffic areas.
• Be flexible to assist in other areas as business needs change.
