Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience desirable.
• Engaging and pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a daily sanitation log for dish area and pot wash.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary; report issues to supervisor.
• Lead green initiatives by recycling cardboard using the compactor.
• Conserve energy and water: turn off lights, report leaks.
• Learn and assist in other kitchen tasks as business requires.
• Provide genuine engagement with guests and team members.
