Qualifications

• Kitchen sanitation and cleanliness knowledge.
• Ability to follow safety and PPE guidelines in a kitchen environment.
• Willingness to learn proper chemical usage and cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen facilities, dinnerware, and drawing on knowledge of kitchen equipment.
• Operates and loads dishwashing machines, and stacks items for future use.
• Picks up trash and keeps loading dock and trash areas clean.
• Adheres to department policies, PPE usage, and safety procedures.
