• Keep work areas clean and communicate readiness of stations.
• Lead green initiatives by recycling cardboard with the compactor.
• Conserve energy by turning off lights and reporting leaks.
• Support safety by remaining vigilant in high-traffic areas to prevent accidents.
• Clean and sanitize equipment during slow periods to keep things organized.
• Learn different kitchen tasks and develop new skills.
• Be part of a team and assist in other areas as business demands.
• Engage with guests and teammates with a genuine, friendly smile.
