Responsibilities

• Interact with team members to maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain a daily sanitation log and ensure areas are clean and ready.
• Keep work areas organized, safe, and free of hazards.
• Lead green initiatives by recycling and reducing waste.
• Turn off lights and conserve water; report leaks to supervisor.
• Prioritize safety to prevent slips, trips, and falls in high-traffic areas.
• Use proper dish and glass racks to prevent damage to wares.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment during slow periods.
• Learn different kitchen tasks and develop new skills.
• Assist in other areas as business level dictates.
• Provide genuine guest engagement with a smile.
