Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a professional kitchen.
• Active Food handler’s certification.
• Willing to work day/night and weekends.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of cooking procedures (grill, sauté, fry).
• Collaborate with culinary leadership to create menus reflecting seasonal availability.
• Assist Chefs in production and fabrication of food.
• Maintain a sanitized, orderly kitchen environment and proper food storage.
