Gravity Haus is seeking a dependable Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team in Steamboat Springs. You’ll keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitary, supporting the chef team and service flow.

This role offers a path into the culinary field with growth opportunities within Gravity Haus’ hospitality brand. Full-time, part-time, and temporary shifts may apply, with a competitive hourly rate and company benefits.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen team.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
• Organize and store items in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area, machines, floors, walls, and sinks.
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards and comply with health regulations.
• Work as a team to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.
• Alert management to equipment issues or safety concerns.
