Gravity Haus Inc. is seeking a reliable PT Evenings Steward/Dishwasher to join our back-of-house team for the upcoming summer season. You will maintain cleanliness, organize the dish area, and ensure sanitation throughout the shift while supporting a professional kitchen team.

Ideal candidates show a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to follow directions; kitchen experience is a plus but not required. This entry point offers growth alongside a dedicated culinary team.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to take direction and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.
• Previous kitchen or restaurant experience a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware efficiently and thoroughly.
• Ensure all items are properly organized and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish area, including dish machines, floors, walls, and sinks.
• Take out trash, recycling, and compost; clean bins as needed.
• Assist with basic kitchen prep or maintenance tasks as requested by the chef team.
• Follow all safety and sanitation standards and comply with health department regulations.
• Work as a team player to support smooth kitchen operations during and after service.
• Alert management to any equipment issues or safety concerns.
