Job summary

Le Méridien Charlotte | Sheraton Charlotte Hotels is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our Food & Beverage team as a full-time Dishwasher. You will help keep kitchen operations running smoothly and support the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Shifts are full-time with flexible availability for both AM and PM. You will operate dishwashing equipment, maintain cleanliness, assist with plate-up, inventory, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met to

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate in English with guests and staff.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Able to push, bend, stoop, reach, and perform manual tasks.
Ability to read and write.

Responsibilities

Operate dishwashing equipment and hand wash items as needed.
Maintain clean and organized kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
Properly store clean dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Assist with plate-up and food production as needed.
Remove trash and maintain clean kitchen floors and work areas.
Assist with inventory of china, glassware, silverware, equipment, and supplies.
Ensure equipment is in proper working condition and report shortages or concerns.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and company standards.
Support efficient kitchen operations and overall service performance.
