Job summary

Southminster, Charlotte's premier retirement community, is hiring a Full-Time Dishwasher to join our culinary team in the South Charlotte area. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing kitchenware, and supporting daily kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow written directions.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and push carts.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and food preparation equipment.
• Put all clean dishes, pots, and utensils in their appropriate places.
• Empty kitchen garbage/trash and sanitize containers as needed.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floor, refrigerator, freezer, and storeroom as assigned.
• Assist in stocking and receiving inventory and other duties as assigned.
