Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and making every interaction a positive one.
• Wash department equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans thoroughly and consistently.
• Handle food safely and ensure the work area is always clean and neat.
• Remove trash promptly and manage department garbage as required.
• Answer the telephone promptly and provide friendly service to callers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to ensure customer satisfaction and a pleasant work environment.
• Assist in other areas as needed and take on special projects as assigned.
• Maintain personal hygiene, dress standards, and Hy-Vee policies.
