Job summary

Tim Ho Wan Las Vegas is seeking a Busser to help maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. The role supports the culinary team by washing and sanitizing dishware, pots, and utensils, and by keeping surfaces and storage areas in top condition.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work quickly in a fast-paced setting, and willing to work shifts including weekends and holidays. Training and safety standards are emphasized to ensure high hygiene throughout service.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff in Mandarin or English to understand instructions and maintain workplace safety.
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Wash, clean, and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and workstations.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables according to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when required (e.g., peeling vegetables, moving supplies).
• Help organize and replenish kitchen supplies.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Follow all kitchen safety, hygiene, and food handling procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere strictly to company hygiene and safety standards.
