The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate to heavy items, and work weekends or holidays as needed. Mandarin or English communication with staff is important.

Formación

• Communicate in Mandarin or English with kitchen staff.
• Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable standing and lifting moderate to heavy items.

Responsabilidades

• Clean, wash, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, sinks, and workstations.
• Store cleaned utensils and cookware properly.
• Dispose of waste and recyclables per safety guidelines.
• Assist kitchen staff with basic prep tasks as needed.
• Organize and replenish kitchen supplies.
• Follow hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations.
