Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or similar role preferred.
• Able to work in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
