Job summary

Hyatt Regency Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our culinary team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will wash dishes, keep the dishwashing area clean, assist with food prep and proper storage of supplies, and follow food safety guidelines.

Join our hospitality team and contribute to exceptional guest service at a renowned downtown hotel. Flexible hours, weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies
