The Sunny in Sunny Isles Beach is seeking a dedicated Steward to support our culinary operations by washing dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and assisting with food prep. You will help ensure a sanitary, organized environment in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to multitask, and able to lift 25+ pounds. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are available as part of a family-owned hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Steward role or similar preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
