The Sunny is a new oceanfront hotel in Sunny Isles Beach, transforming the Newport Beachside Hotel into a modern beachfront destination. Join our Steward team to help maintain a clean, organized kitchen and support the culinary operation in a fast-paced environment.

We seek motivated individuals with attention to detail, capable of lifting 25+ pounds and working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to contribute to a guest-focused dining program and smooth kitchen workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Steward or in a similar role preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Display a positive and energetic attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
