Qualifications

• Previous experience in a steward or similar role preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Able to lift 25+ pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the culinary team by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing area.
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to maintain workflow.
• Maintain a positive, energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to excellence and attention to detail.
