Qualifications

• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-noise kitchen environments.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull heavier loads as needed.
• Comfort working in hot, cold, humid and wet conditions.
• No prior experience required; hospitality or kitchen experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dish machine per standards.
• Scrape, rinse, rack, wash, unload, and store dishes and utensils.
• Transport clean dishes to kitchen line and other areas as needed.
• Sanitize kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness of dish areas.
• Restock supplies and assist with kitchen operations as needed.
