Job summary

Hilton Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our downtown Milwaukee kitchen. You will keep the kitchen clean, load the dishwasher, and assist with washing pots and pans to help deliver a premier guest experience.

This hourly union position offers a shift pattern that includes nights and weekends, plus benefits after 30 days and room for career growth within Marcus Hotels & Resorts. Join us after our $40 million renovation.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, cleaning or janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils.
• Manage clean dishes, unload, stack, and store them in designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement.
• Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties.
