Job summary

Tuckers Cove Town Center in Punta Gorda, FL is seeking a Steward to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality. This role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities and pays $17.50 per hour.

You will maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, stock dishes, support safety practices, and assist with daily cleaning tasks. Training is provided; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required but will train.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Regular and Reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
• Performs daily cleaning to include dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.
