The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in kitchen leadership, strong leadership, and solid knowledge of food safety, budgeting, and inventory. This on-site position offers growth within a global golf and community management leader.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely food preparation.
• Maintain standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
• Train, and supervise kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Provide feedback to Kitchen manager on team member performance.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure the highest standards of quality.
• Enforce strict adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in inventory control, ordering, and storage of ingredients, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
• Assist Kitchen Manager in managing food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to achieve predetermined financial targets.
• Assist the Kitchen Manager in managing the kitchen budget, tracking expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Work closely with the front‑of‑house team to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing any food‑related issues promptly.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
