• Performs daily cleaning including dry storage, walk-in shelving, steam tables, hoods and exhaust system.
• Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Cleans, washes and sanitizes all dishes, cleans kitchen after close.
• Performs other duties as required.

Caymas of Naples, Florida, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Kitchen Steward! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Position Overview

The Kitchen Steward plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. This position is responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, sanitizing work areas, and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Kitchen Stewards support the culinary team by keeping supplies stocked, removing waste, and assisting with general kitchen upkeep to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Cleans, sanitizes and properly stocks of all dishes, pots, pans, flatware and glassware.
• Maintains cleanliness of entire kitchen including dry storage and walk-in cooler, sweeping & mopping.
• Empties the kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.

Minimum Qualifications

• No prior experience required but will train.

Other Qualifications

ServSafe certification preferred.

Regular and Reliable attendance.
