Qualifications

• Background includes experience in restaurant, kitchen, hospitality or food service.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties is a plus.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety practices is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, adaptable, and dedicated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, plates, glassware, and tools using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort, soak, and rinse silverware to ensure proper cleaning.
• Safely operate dishwashing machines and handle loads efficiently.
• Work with speed and a sense of urgency while following safety procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and station setup/breakdown.
