Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a dishwasher to support a fast-paced kitchen in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will help maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Background in restaurant/kitchen or food service preferred.
• Familiarity with dishwashing operations and cleaning duties a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, plates and utensils using a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort, soak and rinse silverware for proper cleaning.
• Safely load and unload the dishwashing machine.
• Work with speed, efficiency and a sense of urgency.
• Assist opening and closing tasks and station setup.
