Job summary

Silver Ventures LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to uphold a clean, organized kitchen environment and support our dining team in delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will clean dishes and utensils, stock supplies, sweep and mop floors, and assist bussers and prep cooks as needed, while following all safety policies.

The role requires reliability, punctuality, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed per uniform standards.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas.
• Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils.
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed.
• Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them.
• Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area.
• Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils and machines used during the shift and store in proper place.
• Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.
• Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs.
