Job summary

Evergreen Dining LLC is seeking a Dishwasher to keep dishes and utensils clean and assist in light food preparation. This role also involves taking out trash, sweeping, and helping with basic kitchen tasks in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required. The position requires reliability and the ability to work as part of a team with strong safety and cleanliness practices.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow instructions in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, utensils, and cookware with cleaning chemicals while wearing gloves.
• Maintain safe food handling and cleanliness at all times.
• Operate dish machine and handle prep equipment safely.
• Wash and sort flatware, dishes and glasses.
• Light cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and restocking.
• Adhere to scheduled shifts and work effectively in a team.
• Maintain pace and intensity during busy periods.
