HEI Hotels and Resorts is hiring an Assist Stewarding Supervisor to support dishwashing and outlet operations in the Food and Beverage areas. The role emphasizes prompt cleaning, proper ware handling, and assisting cooks to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain it to complement guest experience.
• Ability to push/pull service carts weighing up to 150 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as supervisors, coworkers, public, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist Stewarding Supervisor and Restaurant Outlets in cleaning and organizing the Food and Beverage Outlets.
• Promptly sort soiled ware for dish or pot machines and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain high activity level and physical stamina for busy shifts.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per hotel standards.
• Operate burnishing machine to finish silverware and de-tarnish as needed.
• Assist cooks by cleaning kettles, skillets, pots and pans promptly.
