Qualifications

• Experience in dishwashing or stewarding preferred.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, and maneuver heavy ware and equipment.
• Strong communication skills for teamwork and guest interactions.

Responsibilities

• Promptly sort soiled ware for washing and storage.
• Wash and store ware; maintain cleanliness of dish machine.
• Operate burnishing machine; de-tarnish and polish silverware.
• Clean kettles, skillets, pots and pans so cooks can work efficiently.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality; perform other related duties as assigned.
