Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts seeks an Assistant Stewarding at Kimpton Sylvan Hotel in Atlanta to support the Stewarding Supervisor and restaurant outlets. You’ll ensure clean, organized F&B outlets and assist in daily dishwashing tasks, handling ware and equipment with care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of service ware and how to maintain same to complement guest experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Sort and wash soiled ware and return to storage for machines.
• Maintain high activity level with physical stamina.
• Keep dish machine clean and filled with water per standards.
• Polish silver and de-tarnish as needed for proper appearance.
• Assist cooks by ensuring kettles and pans are cleaned promptly.
• Attend regularly and perform other duties as assigned.
