Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking a friendly, dependable Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. You will wash dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, and help keep the dining and service areas clean and organized.

Responsibilities include following health and safety guidelines, stocking supplies, and working with residents, families, and guests to maintain a positive environment. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required; teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
