Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking an entry-level Dishwasher to support our culinary team across residences. You will wash and unload dishes, stock supplies, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen while following health and safety codes.

Prior experience is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and teamwork are essential in this role across shifts. This position emphasizes reliability, consistent performance, and professional interaction with residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Stand for long periods of time with occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties following policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors and sanitize areas.
• Support a positive team environment with other dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive relations with residents, family members, and guests.
