Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our dining services across its senior living communities. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils and equipment while upholding health and safety standards.

This role emphasizes teamwork with the culinary staff and delivering positive service to residents, families, and guests. Prior dishwashing is preferred but not required; friendly communication and reliability are valued in our kitchen

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
