Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group seeks a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen and dining operations. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, and utensils, ensuring everything is cleaned, stored properly, and ready for use.

The role requires teamwork, a friendly attitude, and clear communication while following health and safety guidelines. You’ll help maintain a tidy work area and assist with general cleaning as part of the culinary team.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred but not required.
• Must be friendly, with a positive attitude and good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment.
• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items while complying with health codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties per established policies.
• May scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and support a team with other dishwashers and culinary staff.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, families, and guests.
