Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group is seeking a Dishwasher to support our kitchen and culinary team in its daily operations. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, china, utensils, and equipment while following health and safety guidelines.

The position emphasizes teamwork, positive attitude, and reliable performance within a senior living environment. Prior dishwashing experience is preferred but not required, and strong communication with residents and staff is valued.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
