Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our kitchen team in a fast-paced senior living community. You will wash and unload dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, helping ensure a clean, safe dining environment for residents and guests.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and positive communication. No prior dishwashing experience required, but friendly attitudes and good collaboration with the culinary staff are essential to maintain

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
