Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash and store utensils, china, flatware and glassware.
• Wash china, glassware and pots by hand; operate dish machine as needed.
• Polish, burnish and organize all serving pieces and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, shelves and appliances.
• Assist with food preparation and deliveries as needed.
• Notify Leads about shortages and equipment maintenance.
• Sweep, mop, and organize loading dock and storage areas.
• Follow sanitation practices for storage and equipment.
