Job summary

CommonSail Investment Group in Michigan is seeking a Dishwasher to support our residential dining operations across our senior living communities. The role involves washing and unloading dishes, pots, pans, silverware, and equipment, with attention to cleanliness and safety.

You will work with the culinary team to keep the kitchen stocked, follow established policies, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment that serves residents and their families daily.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or dishwashing experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be friendly, display a positive attitude, and have good teamwork skills.
• Good communication skills are required

Responsibilities

• Use proper procedures for cleaning and storing items - comply with all applicable state and local health/safety codes.
• Stock soap, towels, and paper products throughout the kitchen.
• Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• May be required to scrub and mop floors, clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Consistently maintain a positive attitude, supporting a team environment with other Dishwashers and the culinary team.
• Promote positive public relations with residents, family members, and guests.
