Job summary

El Chorro, nestled in Paradise Valley, is seeking an entry-level dishwasher to support a fast-paced culinary team at a four-diamond resort.

You will wash dishes and utensils, maintain clean kitchen areas, restock supplies, and assist chefs with routine tasks, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and hospitable dining experience for guests. No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and positive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Dependable, hands-on worker with urgency and care.
• Basic sanitation knowledge and dishwashing procedures.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card/Certification.
• Food and beverage experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and small wares according to health standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, floors, walls and stainless surfaces.
• Stock, organize and store plateware, small wares and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain staff restrooms according to schedule.
• Assist chefs and kitchen team with supportive projects and culinary needs.
• Help create a clean, safe, efficient environment for hospitality.
