El Chorro, nestled in Paradise Valley, is seeking an entry-level dishwasher to support a fast-paced culinary team at a four-diamond resort.

You will wash dishes and utensils, maintain clean kitchen areas, restock supplies, and assist chefs with routine tasks, helping to ensure a safe, efficient, and hospitable dining experience for guests. No prior experience required; a strong work ethic and positive attitude are valued.

Competenze

• Dependable, hands-on worker with urgency and care.
• Basic sanitation knowledge and dishwashing procedures.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card/Certification.
• Food and beverage experience is preferred but not required.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Wash dishes, plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and small wares according to Health Department standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, stainless steel surfaces, and dishwashing stations.
• Stock, organize, and properly store plateware, small wares, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain staff restrooms according to the scheduled cleaning routine.
• Assist chefs and the kitchen team with supportive projects and culinary needs as assigned.
• Help create a clean, safe, efficient environment where exceptional hospitality can happen.

What You’ll Bring

• A dependable, hands-on approach and the ability to work with urgency and care.
• Basic sanitation knowledge and an understanding of dishwashing procedures and Health Department standards.
• A Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card/Certification.
• Food and beverage experience is preferred, but not required.
• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Strong integrity, honesty, and a willingness to pitch in wherever the team needs support.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to speak, listen, read, and write in English; bilingual abilities are welcome.
• A professional appearance appropriate for a four-diamond resort environment.
