Qualifications

• Must maintain cleanliness per Health Department standards.
• Experience in food handling is preferred but not required.
• English communication required; bilingual abilities welcome.
• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and small wares according to Health Department standards.
• Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, stainless steel surfaces, and dishwashing stations.
• Stock, organize, and properly store plateware, small wares, and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain staff restrooms according to the scheduled cleaning routine.
• Assist chefs and the kitchen team with supportive projects and culinary needs as assigned.
• Help create a clean, safe, efficient environment where exceptional hospitality can happen.
