Job summary

Atria Senior Living in Burlington, MA is seeking a team member to maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. You will wash, sanitize, and store dishes and equipment while providing friendly, restaurant-style service to residents.

You’ll work with the Director of Culinary Services and other staff to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs, adhering to safety and cleaning standards and supporting special events and daily meal service.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment used in kitchen and dining areas.
• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
