Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher at our Burlington, MA location. The role focuses on maintaining a clean kitchen and dining area, washing and sanitizing all dishes and equipment, and supporting a dining program that enhances resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with culinary leadership, following cleaning schedules, and assisting with events and daily meal service, ensuring a safe, sanitary environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain the kitchen and dining areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Wash, clean, sanitize and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other equipment.
Keep floors and equipment clean and sanitary as assigned.
Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
Work with the Director of Culinary Services or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen before service.
May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.
