Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a kitchen/dining team member to maintain clean and orderly kitchen and dining areas for residents. You will wash and store dishes, assist with meal service, and support dining programs to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Responsibilities include food prep assistance, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and helping with special events as needed. This hourly role emphasizes teamwork and customer service in a supportive community setting.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and dining areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Wash, clean, sanitize and store all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans.
• Assist with food preparation and execution of dining programs.
• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure residents are satisfied with meals.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and safety standards.
• Assist with events, banquets, and special meals as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
